    17.8.2024: This was really great warm-up. The first exercise was more difficult, and the knee to the calf was interesting. I will definitely do this again sometime. Balance exercises are so important and beneficial. ❤

    Hi Coach Candi ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and try this along with my mother-in-law but it is really brutal :( I can't even do 1 as my arms completely collapse. My MIL does lots and lots of chaturanga powerfully non-stop everyday! Her biceps are so thick, defined and bulged like yours and she have great strength! I feel very low and defeated :(

    Thank you so much. I prayed for this baby my whole life and yet since conception i have been filled with anxiety. Struggling to feel calm and excited about an unlnown future. This meditation has helped calm me so much. I love the birds in the background too.     The cats melted my heart! 🥹 I had a lovely black cat named Luci that I had to rehome, as it was impossible for me to bring her with me to a new country. Life forces you to make very tough decisions sometimes. I miss my Luci (and my Pomeranian dog, Sugarube) so very much... I wish I could still do yoga with them. Doing yoga has been one of the little constants in my life that has helped me go through heartbreaking circumstances .

      I know just how painful it is to leave an animal behind. When we left Zimbabwe in 1999 to come to England my family made the decision that our dogs and half wild cat wouldn't survive the quarantine process, so we had to make the painful decision to re-home them. We think of them to this day. I'm so sorry you've felt that pain. But it's wonderful that you have yoga as a practice to ground you and bring you back into the moment. Sending much love and light 😊🙏

    Thanks for this class :-D Idk if I'm the only one but I thought this one was way too fast in regard of how deep the stretches were; I felt like I didn't have time to work it out and settle so it ended being too much for my body even though I'm flexible. Esp for a morning practice. The poses were amazing though :-)
